Contributed to The-OpenROAD-Project/OpenROAD and bazelbuild/bazel-central-registry by developing features and resolving bugs focused on GUI stability, build automation, and developer tooling. Addressed GUI rendering crashes and enhanced the interactive Tcl prompt by integrating tclreadline, improving both reliability and user experience. Achieved test parity between Bazel and CMake by adding missing C++ test targets, and streamlined CI processes by cleaning up installation scripts and dependencies. Introduced options for GUI-less installations and automated GUI build disabling when Qt5 was absent. Leveraged C++, Bazel, and shell scripting to deliver safer builds, reproducible environments, and scalable automation for continuous integration workflows.
