Worked on the nuxt/ui repository to deliver Kyrgyz language localization support, focusing on enhancing internationalization for Kyrgyz-speaking users. Developed a new locale with comprehensive translations and implemented a mapping system to associate locales with their respective flags. Leveraged Vue.js along with JavaScript and TypeScript to enable dynamic locale switching at runtime, allowing users to seamlessly change languages within the application. This work improved accessibility and user experience for a broader regional audience. The feature was delivered end-to-end, from translation integration to runtime export, demonstrating a thorough approach to frontend development and internationalization within a modern JavaScript framework.
