Aloneguid contributed to the telegramdesktop/winget-pkgs repository by developing and maintaining the packaging and release process for the aloneguid.bt application over a two-month period. Focusing on CI/CD and package management, Aloneguid delivered multiple feature releases, including new installers, locale files, and version manifests, to streamline deployment and ensure reliable versioning within the Winget ecosystem. Using YAML for configuration and metadata, Aloneguid enhanced localization coverage and established clear release traceability through detailed commit documentation. The work improved packaging quality and installation reliability, supporting seamless distribution of updates and reducing friction for downstream teams managing the aloneguid.bt package lifecycle.
