In January 2026, Mizarrr developed new department-specific news and announcement routes for Zhengzhou University within the DIYgod/RSSHub repository. By extending RSSHub’s modular routing framework, Mizarrr enabled users to access targeted feeds from the Mathematics Department and School of Business, improving campus information discovery. The implementation focused on TypeScript and JavaScript for backend and API development, adhering to the repository’s contribution standards and code quality requirements. This work expanded RSSHub’s data coverage to university-level content, facilitating future extensions for additional departments. The feature was delivered as a focused, maintainable code change, demonstrating depth in web scraping and backend integration.
