Worked on CliMAAtmos.jl to address a critical reliability issue affecting simulation restarts by correcting the YAML output to properly reference the output TOML file. This fix prevented restart failures and reduced downtime in simulation workflows. The approach included adding validation tests for YAML and TOML output paths and integrating these checks into continuous integration pipelines, thereby expanding CI coverage and improving configuration management reliability. Leveraging Julia for simulation development and testing, the work demonstrated a methodical debugging process and a focus on robust configuration management, ultimately enhancing deployment stability and developer confidence within the Julia-based simulation environment.
