November 2025 focused on delivering a scalable integration of UCCL as an external build project within ROCm/TheRock to boost GPU communication for ML workloads. The work established build tooling, documentation, and validation to enable a portable, high-performance path that drops in as a replacement path for NCCL/RCCL where appropriate. Key outcomes include added Python build script and README, build-target support for the Rock external project, and successful cloning/build tests producing manylinux wheels for UCCL-dependent TheRock artifacts. Documentation and test plans laid the foundation for scalable ML deployments with improved latency and portability.
