During December 2024, Patsy Yi enhanced analytics capabilities for the PADAS/das-web-react repository by implementing privacy-conscious data collection and event tracking improvements. Using JavaScript and React, Patsy structured user properties and introduced environment-based gating for Google Analytics 4, ensuring that production data remained protected while enabling a development-only debug mode. She standardized event naming and context across key UI components, such as AddItemButton, Patrols, and Reports, which improved data quality and governance.
