Developed a terminal user interface for the gocasters/rankr repository, introducing a new way for users to interact with the Ranker application directly from the terminal. Leveraging Go and the Bubble Tea framework, the work focused on building a main entry point and a cohesive main menu featuring options such as Scoreboard, Notifications, and Exit. The implementation included creating new Go files to handle TUI logic and updating module dependencies to support the Bubble Tea integration. This feature laid the foundation for an improved user workflow by enabling quick access to core application features within a streamlined terminal environment.
