Worked on the atlanhq/atlas-metastore repository to deliver multi-architecture Docker image support, enabling deployment on both amd64 and arm64 platforms. The approach involved updating the CI/CD pipeline using GitHub Actions and YAML to automate building and publishing Docker images for multiple architectures. This enhancement broadened deployment options, allowing customers to run atlas-metastore on diverse hardware with consistent artifacts, which reduced deployment friction and improved time-to-market. The work demonstrated practical application of Docker multi-arch workflows, CI/CD automation, and cross-platform deployment strategies, focusing on infrastructure reliability and maintainability. No major bugs were reported or fixed during this period.
