In June 2025, Amoya Moya developed a prototype for user profile personalization in the SCE-Development/Clark repository, focusing on backend and full stack development using JavaScript. The work involved adding a backgroundColor field to the user object and exposing it through the editUser API, enabling future customization features. After implementation, Amoya established a clean rollback path by reverting the change, ensuring API stability and clear traceability. Although the feature was not deployed to production, the approach clarified requirements for future iterations and maintained the integrity of the codebase, demonstrating careful change management and a methodical approach to feature prototyping.
