Worked on enhancing platform data entries management in the sherlock-project/sherlock repository, focusing on the addition of data.json entries to support platforms such as Fiverr, Substack, and Shelf. Emphasized robust data management and error handling by implementing data validation and URL normalization, ensuring consistent profile rendering across supported platforms. Utilized JSON for structured data representation and maintained clear commit documentation to improve traceability. Subsequently deprecated Fiverr and Substack entries to streamline platform support and reduce ongoing maintenance, aligning with project strategy. The work laid a foundation for more maintainable platform data retrieval and demonstrated disciplined software maintenance practices throughout the process.
