During the month, Lakshan identified and fixed a broken link in the Access Evaluation Endpoint documentation, ensuring it correctly directed users to the Access Evaluation Custom Script Page. This work was carried out using Markdown and leveraged technical writing skills to enhance clarity and maintainability. By resolving this documentation bug without altering production code, Lakshan minimized risk while directly reducing support friction. The depth of the work lay in understanding developer pain points and delivering targeted, maintainable documentation improvements.
