Worked on stabilizing Subtec integration within the rdkcentral/meta-rdk-video repository, focusing on long-term compatibility with project dependencies. Addressed coverity issues by updating Subtec libraries to version 1.8.0, ensuring alignment with existing dependency versions and enhancing maintainability. Utilized CMake and build systems expertise to implement these updates, followed by comprehensive regression testing in a continuous integration environment to validate integration points and minimize downstream risk. The work centered on embedded systems, with an emphasis on reducing potential defects and supporting smoother feature delivery in subsequent months. Python was used where appropriate to support build and testing processes.
