Andrea Morabito focused on stabilizing code ownership and deployment processes for the pagopa/idpay-merchant and pagopa/idpay-payment repositories. Over two months, Andrea reverted changes to CODEOWNERS files and Dockerfile configurations, restoring previous ownership mappings and build environments to mitigate deployment risks and maintain operational reliability. Using Java, Docker, and YAML, Andrea prioritized disciplined change control, ensuring that code review flows aligned with team structures and that test scaffolding remained predictable. This work emphasized governance and risk mitigation over feature delivery, demonstrating depth in DevOps practices and code ownership management to support long-term stability and auditability within the development lifecycle.
