In January 2025, Andabek contributed to the compsocialscience/summer-institute repository by updating and maintaining SICSS-Chile event materials. Andabek transitioned the primary programming language from R to Python, ensuring documentation and pre-arrival materials reflected current tooling and event details. Using Markdown and YAML, Andabek refreshed speaker bios, imagery, and personnel data, improving content quality and maintainability. The work included updating teaching assistant and faculty profiles, as well as restructuring assets for branding consistency. Andabek’s focus on content management and data management enhanced attendee readiness and operational efficiency, demonstrating a methodical approach to documentation and information updates without introducing new bugs.
