Worked on the wormhole-foundation/wormhole repository, focusing on improving configuration reliability for guardian nodes. Addressed a configuration issue by renaming the XRPLEVM contract flag from xrplContract to xrplEvmContract, clarifying its purpose and preventing potential misconfigurations during deployment. This targeted fix enhanced operator onboarding and ensured that the flag’s semantics accurately reflected its intended use, contributing to the maintainability of the codebase. The work was implemented using Go and command line interface skills, with changes fully traceable to a specific commit and pull request. No new features were released, as efforts centered on stability and configuration correctness.
