Andrea focused on refining interactive tokens within the Mistica Design System for the Telefonica/mistica-design repository, specifically enhancing hover and pressed state behaviors to improve visual feedback and consistency across UI components. Using TypeScript and leveraging expertise in front-end development and UI/UX design, Andrea updated token logic to enable clearer user experiences and more predictable component behavior. This work addressed design-to-development handoff challenges by reducing UI discrepancies and establishing a more robust foundation for future token-driven iterations. Over the month, Andrea delivered one feature with no documented bug fixes, demonstrating depth in design system engineering and attention to detail in user interface refinement.
