Worked on the fairpm/fair-plugin repository to deliver Italian localization, enhancing accessibility for Italian-speaking users. Focused on updating user-facing strings across profile images, settings, dashboard widgets, and update notifications, ensuring consistency and clarity throughout the plugin. Applied internationalization and localization best practices using Gettext and PHP, aligning the project with established translation workflows. The work involved careful integration of new translations without introducing regressions or bugs, demonstrating attention to detail and adherence to Git-based release discipline. Over the course of the month, contributed one feature that improved the plugin’s multilingual support, with no major bug fixes required during this period.
