He created two structured placeholder files—Terms and Conditions and a Participation Form—using Markdown and Git for version control, ensuring traceability and ease of future updates. This work set up a repeatable pattern for compliance artifacts, supporting regulatory readiness and branding consistency while minimizing upfront risk. Although the content was preliminary, Andres’s approach provided a clear baseline for governance reviews and future expansion, reflecting a methodical and maintainable strategy for documentation within the project’s workflow.
