Andrias Magnussen developed Faroese localization support for the pretix/pretix repository, enabling the application’s settings, API functionalities, and event management features to be fully accessible to Faroese-speaking users. Working primarily in Python, Andrias managed translation catalogs and integrated new translation strings across both back-end and front-end components. The work focused on internationalization and localization workflows, ensuring that all user-facing elements aligned with established product and translation processes. By delivering this feature, Andrias improved the inclusivity and market readiness of pretix, laying the groundwork for broader internationalization efforts while maintaining diligent commit hygiene and workflow validation throughout the process.
