Worked on enhancing the docker/compose repository by addressing stack restart stability during network configuration changes. Focused on backend development and container orchestration, the solution involved implementing a fix in Go that manages dangling containers and ensures clean disconnection from outdated networks, followed by reconnection to updated or resolved networks. This approach reduced deployment downtime and minimized manual intervention required during stack restarts. The work demonstrated a strong understanding of Docker Compose, networking, and container lifecycle management, resulting in more reliable orchestration workflows across diverse environments. The contribution improved the robustness of stack restarts, supporting smoother operations for containerized applications.
