Worked on the highlight/highlight repository to improve the onboarding experience for self-hosted hobby deployments. Focused on clarifying the post-setup access and login flow by updating documentation to instruct users on using the ADMIN_PASSWORD from the docker/.env file, which streamlined the initial setup process. Leveraged Markdown for documentation and incorporated Docker environment variable management to ensure a secure and repeatable deployment flow. The changes aimed to reduce onboarding friction, accelerate time-to-first-use, and potentially lower support requests by making the setup process more transparent. No bugs were fixed during this period, with all efforts concentrated on documentation and onboarding clarity.
