Worked on stabilizing relationship-field filtering in views for the refactoringhq/tolaria repository, focusing on backend development using TypeScript and unit testing. Addressed a bug where equals and not_equals filters did not correctly handle single-item relationship arrays by updating the evaluateArrayCondition function to align with Rust semantics. Developed comprehensive unit tests to validate the new filtering logic and ensure future regressions would be caught early. These changes improved the reliability of view filtering workflows, resulting in smoother user interface interactions and fewer reported issues. The work demonstrated careful attention to correctness and maintainability in backend logic and automated test coverage.
