Worked on enhancing the louislam/uptime-kuma repository by delivering a comprehensive French localization update, achieving 99.8% translation coverage across 1,338 strings. Focused on improving accessibility for French-speaking users, the work included translating new entries related to SSL/TLS activation and MariaDB connection settings, thereby streamlining user onboarding and setup guidance. Utilized JSON for managing translation data and collaborated through the Weblate platform to ensure accuracy and consistency. No major bugs were addressed during this period, as efforts centered on expanding localization and refining user documentation. The contribution supports broader international adoption and reduces support requests related to configuration and security.
