Developed and integrated two new Prow periodic CI tests in the openshift/release repository to validate OSDFM autoscaling behavior, focusing on both machine config and service cluster autoscaling scenarios. Leveraged Kubernetes, OpenShift, and YAML to define and schedule these tests, ensuring weekly execution and alignment with ROSA Engineering deployment practices. The implementation, delivered through targeted commits, expanded continuous integration coverage and enabled earlier detection of regressions in autoscaling features. This work provided faster feedback loops for development teams, improved reliability of autoscaling in releases, and demonstrated effective cross-team collaboration within a CI/CD and DevOps-focused workflow. No bugs were reported.
