During November 2025, Alex Zhou developed Q&A Forum Input and Interaction Components for the IllinoisWCS/IllinoisWCShub.io.git repository, focusing on enhancing user engagement and content creation. Alex implemented reusable React components using JavaScript and CSS, enabling users to submit questions and answers through intuitive input boxes and a streamlined submit flow. This work established a consistent front-end pattern for future forum features, supporting easier moderation and richer community interaction. Delivered as a single, well-scoped commit, the feature addressed the need for scalable user-generated content mechanisms. The depth of the implementation provided a solid foundation for ongoing front-end development and extensibility.
