During November 2024, Angelo Filaseta enhanced the APICe-at-DISI/exercises repository by consolidating and modernizing lab content to improve educational flow and code quality. He merged the inheritance and TDD labs, refining Lab 07 to emphasize abstract class design while removing unnecessary references and assets, which streamlined configuration management and reduced maintenance overhead. For Lab 08, Angelo introduced modern Java concepts such as generics, collections, and exception handling, aligning the material with current best practices. His work, primarily using YAML for configuration management, focused on maintainability and hands-on learning, resulting in two new features that addressed evolving educational requirements.
