During December 2025, Tran Viet Anh developed cross-platform VPN network status monitoring for the amnezia-vpn/amnezia-client repository, focusing on the AWG/WG protocol. He implemented unified network checks and refactored IPC client connection management to improve reliability across Windows, macOS, and Linux. His work included adding a Linux DBus network checker and enhancing platform-specific sleep and wake handling to ensure stable reconnections. Using C++ and YAML, he standardized network checks for broader protocol coverage and prepared CI/CD updates to support stable releases. The work demonstrated depth in cross-platform development and network programming, addressing connectivity challenges across multiple operating systems.
