Worked on the Netcracker/pgskipper-operator repository to deliver a key feature focused on secure and flexible deployment of Powa UI. Leveraged Kubernetes and the Gateway API to introduce new deployment resources, enhancing both deployment flexibility and security across environments. Hardened the backup daemon configuration by setting the s3Storage.untrustedCert default to true, reducing the risk of misconfiguration and improving the overall security posture. Ensured all changes were traceable and well-documented to support future audits and upgrades. The work primarily utilized YAML for configuration management, demonstrating skills in cloud infrastructure and DevOps while aligning with ongoing migration initiatives within the project.
