Worked on the auth0/auth0-spa-js repository to deliver a security and compatibility upgrade focused on the CDN uploader component. Upgraded @auth0/component-cdn-uploader from version 2.2.2 to 2.4.0, removing deprecated dependencies to enable support for Node.js 18 and enhance the overall security posture. The work emphasized package management and adherence to security best practices, ensuring the codebase remained stable and maintainable. Utilized JSON for configuration and dependency management throughout the process. No major bugs were reported during this period, reflecting a focus on risk reduction and long-term stability rather than feature expansion or rapid iteration.
