Worked on the juspay/airborne repository to modernize workspace naming and release tracking for improved multi-tenant isolation and operational clarity. Designed and implemented a new workspace_names table using Rust and SQL, centralizing per-organization workspace metadata and automating unique name generation from workspace IDs to prevent naming collisions. Migrated the release tracking system by removing the legacy releases table and introducing a unified mechanism that supports a single-organization deployment model. This backend development and database migration effort enhanced scalability, streamlined onboarding, and reduced cross-tenant conflicts, laying the groundwork for more robust tenant management and clearer release governance within the application.
