Worked on enhancing vocabulary quality and coverage reporting for the OHDSI/Vocabulary-v5.0 repository, focusing on data analysis and database management using SQL. Developed SQL-based scripts to analyze and compare mapping coverage and metadata across multiple vocabulary releases, enabling more granular insights into data quality. Refined the categorization framework for vocabularies and concepts by introducing detailed status and category tagging, such as Abandoned, Steward, Roadmap, Metadata, Attribute, Junk, and Mappable. These improvements provided stakeholders with more accurate and actionable reporting, supporting better decision-making for vocabulary releases. All changes were validated against real data to ensure accuracy and traceability.
