The approach involved switching the Python base image, installing dependencies with uv, and configuring the container to run bash instead of tail, while also updating environment variable paths for the virtual environment. This Docker and Shell-based work aligned the deployment process with current CI/CD requirements, reducing environment-related errors and streamlining onboarding for new environments. The changes emphasized clear commit messaging and traceability, supporting easier audits and rollbacks. The work demonstrated a methodical approach to DevOps, containerization, and Python-based deployment workflows.
