Worked on the OpenVADL/openvadl repository to deliver comprehensive documentation and mapping guidance for user mode emulation. Focused on clarifying how VADL specifications integrate with QEMU’s Linux user-mode emulation, the work included detailed examples and mappings of syscall definitions to their QEMU counterparts. Leveraging skills in Linux, QEMU, and system emulation, the documentation was written in Markdown and VADL, providing clear onboarding materials for developers. This effort addressed a key project issue by improving understanding of the user mode emulation process, enabling faster and more accurate implementation for contributors working with system emulation in the OpenVADL/openvadl codebase.
