Worked on stabilizing the Helm chart deployment for the ray-project/kuberay repository, focusing on improving deployment reliability and maintainability. Addressed a critical typo in the operatorCommand parameter across multiple files, including the README, deployment templates, and values.yaml, ensuring accurate configuration and reducing operator errors. Standardized the service account naming convention by introducing a helper function in deployment.yaml, which aligned Kubernetes RBAC settings and promoted consistency across deployment configurations. Utilized Helm, Kubernetes, and YAML templating to manage cross-file changes efficiently. The work resulted in a more robust and maintainable deployment process, easing future updates and minimizing configuration discrepancies.
