Worked on the redhat-appstudio-qe/infra-deployments repository to address a pipeline execution priority issue affecting internal-pipelinerun child pipelines. Delivered a targeted bug fix by updating the release priority assignment, ensuring these child pipelines received the correct konflux-release priority rather than the default value, which previously caused unnecessary blocking and delayed releases. Codified this behavior using a CEL rule, automating priority recognition and alignment with parent pipelines. Utilized Python and YAML within a CI/CD and DevOps context, demonstrating expertise in pipeline management, code review, and integration. The work improved pipeline throughput, resource utilization, and clarified priority semantics across the deployment process.
