Developed a GitHub Project Management Automation feature for the rahat-platform repository, focusing on streamlining task tracking and project governance. Leveraging GitHub Actions, Bash, and YAML, the work introduced automated workflows and issue templates that organize tasks directly on the project board. Setup scripts and a built-in workflow guide were created to standardize processes and improve onboarding for new contributors. The automation enables issues and pull requests to be automatically added to the board, enhancing traceability and planning efficiency. Collaboration was demonstrated through co-authored commits, and the work addressed a single, deeply integrated feature without reported bugs during the period.
