Anasr developed an automated provisioning solution for FreePBX within the community-scripts/ProxmoxVED repository, targeting Debian-based systems deployed on ProxmoxVED. Leveraging DevOps practices, Linux system administration, and shell scripting in bash, Anasr created an installation script that orchestrates the setup of FreePBX along with its dependencies, including Asterisk and Apache, as well as service and database configuration. This work reduced manual deployment steps and ensured consistent, repeatable environments for telecom stack automation. The project demonstrated a focused approach to infrastructure automation, delivering a single, well-scoped feature that addressed the need for reliable, business-ready FreePBX deployments in virtualized environments.
