Worked on enhancing the reliability of UI tests for the Notebook Editor within the JetBrains/intellij-community repository. Focused on stabilizing cell-execution tests by refining the waiting logic for execution labels and checkmarks, which addressed a recurring source of flaky test failures. This improvement in the test suite reduced false negatives and accelerated feedback cycles, contributing to a more robust continuous integration process for Notebook features. Utilized Kotlin for both development and test automation, applying skills in software testing and UI testing to ensure that the changes led to more consistent and trustworthy test outcomes without introducing new features during the period.
