During September 2025, Armengol Fran focused on enhancing the security and reliability of the CI/test workflows for the aave/interface repository. He addressed a potential code injection vulnerability by ensuring the PR_NUMBER variable was properly cast to a number and standardized its passage to the actions/checkout step within GitHub Actions. Working primarily with YAML and leveraging his expertise in CI/CD, Armengol’s contribution improved the safety of fork testing and streamlined risk remediation processes. Although no new features were released, his work provided depth in code quality and risk mitigation, strengthening the foundation for more secure and stable development pipelines.
