Addressed a navigation issue by refining autofocus behavior, ensuring that focus is not stolen from elements linked via URL hash fragments, which preserves user context and smooths hash-based navigation. Introduced a setFooter API, enabling external control over footer content and visibility for dynamic UI customization. The work emphasized maintainable, focused commits and clear API design, resulting in a more flexible and user-friendly interface.
