Arnoud Kooi developed branding assets, including an icon and logo, for the HID USB Relay custom integration within the home-assistant/brands repository. Focusing on graphic design and branding, Arnoud used PNG and SVG formats to create visually consistent assets that align with Home Assistant’s guidelines. The work was delivered as a single, self-contained commit, streamlining asset adoption for downstream users and developers. By enhancing the integration’s visual identity, Arnoud addressed discoverability and brand alignment within the Home Assistant UI. The project demonstrated depth in asset packaging and adherence to branding standards, supporting faster and more reliable integration by the community.
