Arputha T. contributed to the SmartStay repository by focusing on front-end enhancements that improved both user experience and maintainability. Over the course of a month, Arputha implemented client-side pagination for the Customer List, optimizing load times and making navigation more efficient. Using React, JavaScript, and CSS, Arputha addressed seven UI and validation bugs, including refining modal dialog layouts, unifying heading and table header styles, and tightening input validation for bed amounts. These changes reduced support needs and ensured consistent design system alignment. The work demonstrated a methodical approach to UI polish and reliability, with attention to both performance and usability.
