Worked on the novu repository to enhance authentication reliability by addressing an edge case where the Novu-Environment-Id header might be absent. Implemented logic to preserve the environmentId from the JWT, ensuring that the correct environment context is maintained even when the header is missing. This backend improvement, developed using TypeScript and focused on API development and authentication, reduces the risk of authentication failures in multi-tenant scenarios. Collaborated on the pull request process, adhering to code-quality standards and demonstrating effective teamwork. No new features were introduced during this period, with efforts concentrated on strengthening security and operational stability.
