Worked on the exoscale/terraform-provider-exoscale repository to address a bug in the resource deletion lifecycle. Focused on ensuring that resources are properly detached before deletion, this update prevents orphaned resources and improves the reliability of infrastructure management. The solution involved modifying the provider’s logic and validating the new workflow to enhance deletion safety. Documentation was updated using Markdown, including a revised CHANGELOG and detailed release notes to support the upcoming release. This work emphasized careful documentation practices and contributed to the overall stability and maintainability of the provider, leveraging skills in documentation and infrastructure-as-code workflows with Terraform.
