No major bugs fixed this month; focus was on documentation, tooling integration, and quality commits.

June 2025: Focused on code quality improvements in opentensor/bittensor with a targeted refactor of get_subnet_owner_hotkey to inline the result from self.query_subtensor, reducing intermediate variables while preserving behavior.
