Worked on the IBM/vpc-file-storage-mount-helper repository to enhance the RHCOS installation flow for IPsec and Stunnel services. Focused on introducing configurable certificate paths and implementing robust cleanup and setup routines to improve deployment reliability and maintainability in RHCOS environments. Addressed a core installation flow issue by refining the deployment process, which reduced post-deployment issues and improved consistency. Utilized DevOps practices, Linux administration, and bash scripting to deliver these changes, ensuring explicit commit metadata for better traceability. The work demonstrated a targeted approach to solving installation challenges, resulting in a more reliable and maintainable deployment process for RHCOS users.
