Over a two-month period, contributed five new features to the Expensify/App and callstack-internal/Expensify-App repositories, focusing on enhancing search, accessibility, and analytics functionality. Leveraged JavaScript, TypeScript, and React to implement suggested search categories, refactor search logic for performance, and introduce robust type checking for transaction reports. Improved accessibility by adding screen reader support and refining UI roles and labels, while also updating localization for language and currency selections. Strengthened code quality through linting and test reliability improvements, supporting maintainability. These efforts resulted in a more discoverable, inclusive, and data-driven user experience across both front end and full stack layers.
