Addressed a persistent issue where copying code blocks from the note viewer led to duplication in external editors by introducing a hidden attribute to code block elements, preserving formatting integrity. Developed a global keyboard shortcut to toggle Joplin’s visibility, enhancing accessibility and workflow efficiency for users. Emphasized traceability by linking commit messages to relevant issues, supporting streamlined code review and onboarding. Leveraged Electron, React, and TypeScript to implement these solutions, demonstrating a methodical approach to front end development and cross-platform desktop application enhancement.
