Worked on enhancing the ppc64le/build-scripts repository by implementing Universal Base Image (UBI) 9.3 compatibility for the ansible-rulebook packaging process. This involved renaming the build script and updating installation logic to align with the requirements of the newer UBI version, ensuring smoother deployments on recent RHEL derivatives. The work included updating the package version to reflect the latest release, improving traceability and auditability through clear commit references. Leveraged skills in build scripting and Linux administration, utilizing Shell scripting to adapt the packaging workflow and reduce incompatibilities for users operating in modern enterprise Linux environments. No bugs were reported.
